What Hurts.
What hurts is having to hide how you really feel from the world.
What hurts is having your heart split open by your best “friend.”
What hurts is pretending you’re okay just to please people.
What hurts is seeing your best friend dating your first love.
What hurts is the same thing happening, but with a different friend and the first guy you truly loved since then.

Disappointment.
I hate the feeling of disappointment.
I hate trying so hard for something I love, thinking I’m going to get it…
